Sub-processors
Effective 16 October 2026
3AM runs in your network, so none of these providers ever receives your Customer Data. They run our websites, our licence service (Warden) and our email.
Current sub-processors
| Provider | What it does for us | Data | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Cloud (Google LLC) | Hosts Warden, our licence service: its database, signing keys and administration | Licence, trial, install and usage records; trial requests; IP addresses of licence requests | United States |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Hosts and protects our websites; runs the demo form; stores and delivers release downloads | Website requests and IP addresses; demo form submissions in transit | Global network; United States |
| Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) | Sends transactional email: trial codes, licence notices, new-request alerts to our team | Names, email addresses and message content | United States |
| Google Workspace (Google LLC) | Our company email, where enquiries, support correspondence and request alerts arrive | Names, email addresses, correspondence and any Support Data sent by email | United States and other Google locations |
Support Data (see our DPA) is handled through our company email and the tools above; it is never sent to Warden.
Not our sub-processors
Model providers you choose. If you point 3AM at a hosted model, such as OpenRouter or your own LLM gateway, that provider works for you under your contract with it. Masked evidence goes there on your instruction; it never passes through us.
Your own infrastructure and tools. The servers, clusters, chat, paging and ticketing systems you connect 3AM to are yours.
Changes
We may move our services to other providers or regions, for example to another cloud. We will update this page at least 30 days before a new sub-processor starts processing personal data, and the commitments in our Privacy Policy and DPA continue to apply wherever data is processed.
To be told about changes by email, write to [email protected] with the subject "Sub-processor notices".
